  Their products are great, but customer service is lacking. I'm interested in purchasing numerous (50+) bags of bulk product and unfortunately their website's "find a store" option doesn't allow the option to search for bulk. Not having the time to spend calling stores all day I emailed customer service for a possible local source of bulk 25# bags... after emailing the company no less the 8 times with no response, I've given up.
